How are Procore Maps basemap images sourced?

Answer

The basemap imagery in Procore Maps is provided by Mapbox and is sourced from a combination of commercial providers and open data organizations. Depending on zoom level and geographic location, imagery may be provided by Maxar, Vexcel, NASA, or the USGS. For instance, NASA MODIS satellite data is used at lower zoom levels, while Maxar and NASA/USGS Landsat imagery is used at mid-range zoom levels. Maxar's Vivid product is used for higher zoom levels, and Vexcel aerial imagery is incorporated at the highest zoom levels over North American and some European cities. Open aerial imagery is also used for the highest zoom levels in various other countries.
