What happens to items with legacy workflows after enabling self-serve workflows?

Answer

After transitioning your company from legacy to self-serve workflows, items with legacy workflows applied will either be given a new self-serve workflow to complete or a history of previous workflow activity depending on the tool and status of the workflow.

The table below shows the expected behavior for items with workflows in place prior to transitioning depending on their status:
