Why can't I view my project data on my mobile device?
Answer
You are able to view all of your project data in the Drawings, Specifications, Photos, and Directory tools from your mobile device as it appears in your project in the web application. If you are having trouble viewing recent changes or if your tools appear blank, please consider the following solutions.
Your device may be in offline mode. Some of these tools are not available without internet or network connection. See more at Can I use Procore's mobile application offline?
Your device may have slow or poor internet connection. Check your internet connection or try again at a later time.
Changes made from other devices might not be reflected immediately. You may need to refresh the app or reload the tool you are using.
If none of the above solutions work for you, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Procore app. This solution requires internet or network connection.
