Search and Filter Action Plans (Android)

To search and filter for an action plan on an Android mobile device.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Action Plans tool.

  • Some action plans are private and cannot be searched for based on your permissions. See Who can see private action plans?

• Add Filters

Search for Action Plans

1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

2. Tap the Search bar.

3. Begin typing a search term.
   Note: Results that match the search will automatically begin populating.

4. Tap the X icon on the Search bar to clear the search.

Add Filters

1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the Filter icon.

3. Tap the parameters you want to filter by.
   Note: Several filters contain a search bar that allows you to search through the list of items in that filter.

   • Type

   • Plan Manager

   • Location

   • Status

4. Tap Done.

5. Optional: To clear the filters that were applied:

   1. Tap the Filter icon.

   2. Tap Reset.
