Remove Records from Action Plan Items (iOS)

To remove records from an action plan item on an iOS mobile device.

• Required User Permissions

• To add requested records, you must have permissions to view the item(s) in the respective tool(s).

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the project's Action Plans tool.

3. Tap the action plan.
   Note: Action plans that are in 'Edit' mode have 'Awaiting Changes' banners in the action plans list view.

4. Tap the item you want to remove records from.

5. Remove the record.

   • For Inspections, Correspondence, Submittals, or Forms:1. Tap # of Linked [Record Type].2. Tap Edit.3. Tap the Record you want to remove.4. Tap Remove.

   • For Photos, Attachments, or Documents:1. Tap the Record.2. Tap the Trash Can icon.3. Tap Delete.
