To search for and filter items within an individual action plan on an iOS mobile device.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Action Plans tool.

• Search for Action Plan Items

• Filter Action Plan Items

Search for Action Plan Items

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the project's Action Plans tool.

3. Tap the action plan that you want to search.

4. Tap the Search bar.

5. Begin typing a search term. Results that match the search will automatically begin populating. The following plans item fields can be searched:

   • Title at the Section level

   • Title at the Item level

   • Acceptance Criteria

   • Notes

6. Tap the X icon on the Search bar or Cancel to clear the search.

Filter Action Plan Items

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the project's Action Plans tool.

3. Tap the action plan that you want to filter.

4. Tap the Filter icon.

5. Tap the parameters you want to filter by.
   Note: Several filters contain a search bar that allows you to search through the list of items in that filter.

   • Reference Type

   • Due Date

   • Assignee

   • Record Type

   • Status

   • Verification Method

6. Tap Apply.

7. Optional: To clear the filters that were applied:

   1. Tap the Filter icon.

   2. Tap Reset.
