Search and Filter Action Plans (iOS)

To search for or filter an action plan on an iOS mobile device.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Action Plans tool.

  • Some action plans are private and cannot be searched for based on your permissions. See Who can see private action plans?

• Add Filters

Search for Action Plans

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the project's Action Plans tool.

3. Tap the Search bar.

4. Begin typing a search term.
   Note: Results that match the search will automatically begin populating.

5. Tap the X icon on the Search bar to clear the search.

Add Filters

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the project's Action Plans tool.

3. Tap the Filter icon.

4. Tap the parameters you want to filter by.
   Note: Several filters contain a search bar that allows you to search through the list of items in that filter.

   • Type

   • Plan Manager

   • Location

   • Status

5. Tap Apply.

6. Optional: To clear the filters that were applied:

   1. Tap the Filter icon.

   2. Tap Reset All Filters.
