Export Action Plan to a PDF

Objective

To export an action plan to a PDF.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Action Plans tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.

  2. Click View next to the action plan you want to export.
    Note: You can only export an action plan from View mode.

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-options-menu.png in the top menu, then click Export PDF to perform the export.
    Note: The PDF will popup in a new window. You can download the PDF to your local drive and save as needed.
