Edit an Office Location

Procore is adding a new 'Company Information' tab where certain companies can manage their office settings. If you do not see the 'Office Settings' options in the 'General Settings' tab, see Manage Company Information instead.

Objective

To edit one of your company's office locations in the Company level Admin tool.

Background

If you have 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool, you can edit the information for every office location that has been added to your company's Procore account.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool.

  • Additional Information:

    • When you edit the name of an office location, it can take several minutes for the change to update in other Procore tools.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

  2. Under 'Company Settings', click General Settings.

  3. Scroll to Office Settings.

  4. Click Edit next to the office location that you want to edit.
