Filter Locations
Objective
To search and filter locations in the Location Manager.
Things to Consider
Users will not be able to see items associated to a location if they don't have permission to view that item in its source tool.
You can only filter the heat map if your project generated your locations hierarchy from drawings.
The heat map and legend updated based on the filters you select.
Steps
Take the following steps based on how your locations hierarchy was created:
Manually Created or Imported
Generated from Drawings
Filter Items for Manually Created or Imported Locations
Navigate to the Project level Admin tool.
Under the 'Project Settings' menu, click Locations.
Click the filters
icon.
Select to filter by the following fields:
Last Updated Date
Project Item* Punch List* Photos* Daily Logs* RFIs* Observations* Inspections
To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All to clear all your filters.
Note: Your view is automatically saved for the next time you view the Location Manager.
Filter Items for Locations Generated from Drawings

Navigate to the Project level Admin tool.
OR
Navigate to the Project level Drawings tool.Click Locations.
Click View Location Status.
Click the filters
icon.
Select to filter by the following fields:
Date Range based on the item's updated date, due date, upload date for Photos, or entry date for Daily Log.
Project Item* Punch List* Photos* Daily Logs* RFIs* Observations* Inspections
Boundary Heat Map* Select Total Count to see all items in a location, filtered by their updated date..* Select By Open Status to see all open items in a location, filtered by their due date.
Note: This option is not available if Photos or Daily Log are selected in Project Items, as they do not have an 'Open' status.
To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All to clear all your filters.
