Delete a Project in the Bid Board

To delete projects from the Bid Board or Portfolio Planning tool.

• Required User Permissions for the Bid Board tool.

• Required User Permissions for the Portfolio Planning tool.

• Deleted projects are archived before they are deleted permanently.

• Permanently deleting a project cannot be undone.

1. Navigate to the Bid Board or Portfolio Planning tool.

2. Click on the project you want to delete.

3. Click the vertical ellipsis .

4. Click Delete.
   The project will be archived for 30 days before being permanently deleted. If you want to permanently delete the project before then, take the following steps:

5. Click on the Archive tab.

6. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the project you want to delete**.**

7. Click Delete Permanently.

8. Click Delete Permanently to permanently delete the project.
