Export a Bid Package

Objective

To export a bid package's information.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Bidding tool.
      OR

    • You created the bid package.
      OR

    • You are a user cc'd on the bid package.
      OR

    • You are the Bid Package Manager.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

  2. Open the bid package you want to export.

  3. Click the Overview tab.

  4. Click Export and select PDF.
