Export Budget Changes

Objective
To export a list of all budget changes to the Portable Document File (PDF) format.
Background
If you want to export individual budget changes to the PDF file format, use the steps below.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Budget tool.
Supported File Formats:
PDF
Additional Information:
Procore recommends that your company (or each project team) develop a policy for managing budget changes in your environment.
Budget changes are supported by Procore's Company level Workflows tool.
Limitations:
Budget changes do NOT automatically populate GC/Client invoices, funding invoices, or owner invoices.
Prerequisites
Steps
Navigate to the project's Budget tool.
Click the Budget Changes tab.
Locate the budget change that you want to export. Then click the Budget Change # link to open it.
Click the Export button. Then choose PDF from the drop-down menu.
Choose from these options:
Use the controls available in the top-right corner of the new browser window to rotate, download, or print the document.
ORUse the controls to zoom in/out or to fit the document to the page.
