Change Privacy Settings on a Folder or File in the Company Level Documents Tool (Android)

Objective

To edit a folder in Procore's Company Documents tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • This action can be performed in offline mode. Tasks performed in offline mode sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on your Android mobile device.

  2. Tap your avatar and navigate to the Sidebar screen.

  3. Locate the file or folder**.**

  4. Press and hold the file or folder**.**

  5. Tap Edit .

  6. Tap the 'Private' toggle icon-toggle-on-ios.png ON or icon-toggle-off-ios.pngOFF.

    • Note: Folders marked as 'Private' are only accessible to the folder's creator and 'Admin' level users on the Company Documents tool.

  7. Tap Save.
