Change Privacy Settings on a Folder or File in the Company Level Documents Tool (iOS)

To change the privacy of a folder or file in the Company Documents tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

• Required User Permissions

• Private files and folders can only be accessed by:

  • The folder's creator.

  • Users with 'Admin' level permissions to the Company Documents tool.

  • Users who have been given access to the folder directly through the folder's permissions. See Manage Permissions for Company Level Documents.

• This action can be performed in offline mode. Tasks performed in offline mode sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap your avatar and navigate to the Sidebar screen.
   

3. Tap Company Documents.

4. Tap the file or folder you want to change the privacy for.

5. Tap the horizontal ellipsis .

6. Tap Edit.

7. To update the privacy tap the toggle ON or OFF.

8. Tap Save.
