Inactivate a Batch of Companies in the Company Directory

To bulk inactivate companies in the Company Directory.

• Required User Permissions

• Users must be removed from the company or inactivated before you can inactivate the company.

1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.

2. Click Companies.

3. Mark the checkbox next to each company that you want to inactivate.

4. Click Bulk Actions and select Inactivate.

5. In the 'Inactivate Companies' window, review the list of companies. Click the X next to a company's name to remove it from the list.

6. Click Inactivate.
   A GREEN banner displays to confirm that the company record was moved to 'Inactive Companies'.
