Objective
To change a user's permissions in the Project level Directory tool.
Things to Consider
If you have a large number of Procore users, we recommend that you use permissions templates instead of editing each individual user's permissions. See Manage Project Permissions Templates.
Once you change or set permissions for a user, the change in permission will be effective immediately the next time they log in or refresh the page.
The drop-down list contains a list of global permissions templates and project specific permissions templates that can be applied to the user's profile. See What are the default project permissions templates in Procore?
Steps
Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.
Click the Users tab.
Optional: Search and Filter the Project Directory.
Next to the user, click Edit.
