Invite or Reinvite a User to Join a Procore Project

To invite (or reinvite) a person in the Project Directory to login as a Procore user.

• Required User Permissions

• After an invite is sent, Procore sends an automated Welcome Email to the invitee's email address. If the invitee does not log into Procore, an automated follow-up message is sent at three (3), seven (7), and 14 days. After 14 days, the follow-up email is automatically discontinued.

• If the user was previously invited to the project, the Re-invite button becomes available.

• The invitee must be added to the Project Directory. See Add a User Account to the Project Directory.

Invite or Re-invite a User to a Project

1. Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.

2. Click the Users tab.

3. Locate the desired user.

4. In the user's row, click Invite or Re-invite.
   OR

Beta Click the vertical ellipsis and select Invite or Re-invite.

Bulk Invite or Re-invite a User to a Project

1. Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.

2. Click the Users tab.

3. Mark the checkbox next to the user's name.

4. Click Bulk Actions and select Invite.

Beta Click Resend Invite.
