Unmark a Drawing as Obsolete

To unmark a drawing as obsolete and return it to the current set of drawings.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' permissions on the project's Drawing tool.

• Prerequisites:

  • Mark a Drawing as Obsolete

1. Navigate to the project's Drawings tool.

2. If your project uses drawing areas, you must select an area.

3. Click Reports, select All Sets and Revisions from the drop down menu.

4. Locate the obsolete drawing in the list.
   Note: Obsolete drawings will appear as gray and italicized.

5. Click the revision number you want to open for the obsolete drawing.
   Note: This will open the drawing's General Information page, where all versions of the drawing will be listed.

6. Click Edit.

7. Clear the checkbox next to Obsolete.

8. Click Update.
   The drawing will now appear in the drawing set where it was originally uploaded.
