Delete an Equipment Record in the Company Equipment Tool
Objective
To create equipment records in the company's Equipment tool.
Background
Procore's Equipment tool ensures all machines are optimally used and effectively managed from arrival to departure. The company's Equipment tool is a registry of your company's owned or rented equipment for your job sites. When equipment is assigned to projects, it is added to the Project's Equipment tool where it can be used in Inspections, Timesheets, Daily Log, T&M Tickets, and your Budget.
Things to Consider
Deleted records are stored indefinitely in the tool's recycle bin.
Steps
Delete a Single Record
Bulk Delete Records
Delete a Single Record
Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
Hover over the equipment record and click the delete
icon.
Click Delete to confirm.
Bulk Delete Records
Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
Mark the checkboxes for the records you want to delete.
Click Move to Recycle Bin.
Click Delete to confirm.
