Edit an Equipment Record in the Company Equipment Tool
Objective
To edit equipment records in the company's Equipment tool.
Background
Procore's Equipment tool ensures all machines are optimally used and effectively managed from arrival to departure. The company's Equipment tool is a registry of your company's owned or rented equipment for your job sites. When equipment is assigned to projects, it is added to the Project's Equipment tool where it can be used in Inspections, Timesheets, Daily Log, T&M Tickets, and your Budget.
Things to Consider
You can add a maximum of (10) attachments to a record.
Steps
Update a Single Piece of Equipment
Bulk Update Equipment
Update a Single Piece of Equipment
Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
Tip
You can edit the 'Status' and 'Onsite' columns inline, by clicking the field and making your selection.
Hover over the equipment record and click the edit
icon.
Update the equipment information.
Click Save.
Bulk Update Equipment
Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
Mark the checkbox for the relevant equipment.
Take any of the following steps
Update Status1. Click Status and select the relevant status.
Update Onsite Status1. Click Onsite and select Yes or No.
