Configure Settings: Estimating

To configure settings for estimates in Procore's Estimating tool.

While most settings for the Estimating tool are configured in the Company level Admin tool by a Company Admin, the measurement system can be changed on a project if needed. To see all Estimating settings that apply to all projects, see Configure Default Estimating Settings.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions to the project's Estimating tool.

1. Navigate to the project's Estimating tool on app.procore.com.

2. Click the Configure Settings icon.

3. Under 'Units', click the drop-down menu to select one of the following default measurement systems to use for the project:

   • Imperial

   • Metric

4. Click Save.
