Export an Estimate

To export an estimate from the Estimating, Bid Board, or Portfolio Planning tools.

• Required User Permissions for the Bid Board tool.

• Required User Permissions for the Estimating tool.

• Required User Permissions for the Portfolio Planning tool.

• Premium features with the star icon are only available for paid Procore customer accounts.

• When exporting to Excel, the cost of the subparts show within the assembly, but the line item for the full assembly is $0. If an assembly price is overridden, the assembly price is shown, but the subparts show as $0. This is so the calculations remain accurate and information is not double-counted. In the future, you will be able to see the prices for both parts and assemblies in the export.

1. Navigate to the Bid Board or Portfolio Planning tool and select the project.
   OR
   Navigate to the project's Estimating tool.

2. Click the Estimating tab.

3. Click the estimate that you want to export.

4. Click the vertical ellipsis icon for the estimate and select Export Estimate.

5. Choose one of the following options:

   • Excel

   • Budget Template

   • PDF
