Add Annotations to a Form (Android)

To edit a form in the Forms tool using an Android mobile device.

• Required User Permissions:

  • To edit any form, 'Admin' permissions on the project's Forms tool.

  • To edit a form you created, 'Standard' permissions on the project's Forms tool.

• Additional Information:

  • You can add attachments to a form while on the Info page. See Edit a Form's Information (Android).

1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool using an Android mobile device.

2. Tap the form that you want to edit.

3. Tap the vertical ellipsis icon.

4. Tap Edit.

5. Press and hold the area of the form you want to edit.

6. Tap one of the following options:

   • Copy

   • Highlight

   • Strikeout

   • Underline

   • Speak

   • Tap the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to access the following actions:
     Note: Tap the back arrow to return to the previous options.* Search* Share* Create Link

7. Tap Save.
