Search and Filter Incidents

To filter and search for an incident in your project's Incidents tool.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Incidents tool.

1. Navigate to the project's Incidents tool.

2. Choose from the following:

   • Search for Incidents

   • Add Filters

Search for Incidents

1. Enter a word or phrase in the Search bar. The following fields are searched for the specified keyword terms:

   • Title

   • Location

   • Description

   • Contributing Condition

   • Contributing Behavior

   • Hazard

   • Action Type

   • Action Description

2. Click Search.

Add Filters

1. Click the Add Filter menu.

2. You can filter by the following options:

   • Incident Date

   • Location

   • Time Unknown

   • Status

   • Recordable

3. Click the menu that appears to add additional constraints.
