View an Incident
Objective
To view an incident in the project's Incidents tool.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
To view an incident not marked 'Private', 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Incidents tool.
Prerequisites
Steps
Navigate to the project's Incidents tool.
Click View next to the incident you want to view.
Click the General tab to view general information about the incident, including any of its records and witness statements.* Incident Information. This section includes basic information about the incident including who created it and when it occurred.* Investigation Information. This section includes information on the incident's hazard, contributing condition, and contributing behavior.* Incident Records. This section shows any injury/illness, property damage, environmental, or near miss records created from the incident. See Add an Injury/Illness Record to an Incident, Add a Property Damage Record to an Incident, Add an Environmental Record to an Incident, and Add a Near Miss Record to an Incident.* Witness Statements. This section shows any witness statements and includes any audio recordings that were added for the incident. See Add a Witness Statement to an Incident.* Actions. This section shows any actions created from the incident. See Add an Action to an Incident.* Alerts. This section shows a log of any alerts that were sent out based on the configured severity for injury/illness filing types. See Configure Alerts and Severity for Incidents.
Click the Related Items tab to see a list of items that were added as related items to the incident. See Add a Related Item to an Incident.
Click the Emails tab to view a list of the emails that were created from the incident. See Email Incidents.
Admin Only. Click the Change History tab to view a list of changes made to the incident.
