Search for and Filter Inspections (Android)

To search for and filter inspections using an Android mobile device.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Inspections tool.

• Additional Information:

  • This asset/item can be viewed or edited in offline mode provided that the asset/item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device.

Search for Inspections

1. Navigate to the project's Inspections tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

2. Tap the Search icon to locate existing inspections by title or keyword.
   Note: Inspections matching these search terms will display on the screen.

3. Tap the inspection you want to view.

Add Filters

1. Navigate to the project's Inspections tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

2. Tap the Filter icon.

3. Apply one or more of the following filters:
   Note: Most items have a Search bar within the respective filter to allow you to easily locate and select what you want to filter by.

   • Status

   • Ownership

   • Location

   • Assignee

   • Responsible Contractor

   • Point of Contact

   • Spec Section

   • Trade

   • Template

   • Type

   • Due Date

4. Tap Done.
   Note: Inspections matching the applied filters will display on the screen.

5. Tap the inspection you want to view.
   Note: To clear the applied filters, tap Reset in the filter menu.
