Search and Filter for Inspection Templates

To use the search and filter features to locate an inspection template.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Company level Inspections tool.

• Additional Information:

  • The search tool respects any selected filter parameters and will only search for items within the filtered results.

• Create a Company Level Inspection Template

1. Navigate to the Company level Inspections tool.

2. Choose from the following options:

   • Search for Inspection Templates

   • Add Filters

Search for Inspection Templates

1. Enter a word or phrase in the Search bar. The query will return results that match the following fields:

   • Template Name

2. Click Search .

Add Filters

1. Click Add Filter.

2. Select the filter you want to apply. The following filters can be applied and combined with one another to narrow results:

   • Type

   • Trade
