Add Comments to an Inspection Item (iOS)

Objective

To add comments to an inspection item using your iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Inspections tool.

  • Additional Information:

    • This asset or item can be viewed or edited in offline mode provided that the asset or item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Inspections tool on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap the inspection you want to view.

  3. Tap the info icon-info-ios.png icon next to the inspection item you want to add a comment to.

  4. Tap Comment.

  5. Enter your comment into the text box.

  6. Tap Save.
