Add Comments to an Inspection Item

When performing an inspection, you can add comments to items in the inspection to provide context or additional information.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the Project level Inspections tool.

• Additional Information:

  • You must have access to the attachment to add it to the inspection item.

1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.

2. Click View next to the inspection.

3. Next to the inspection item, click Activity.

4. Click the plus icon.

5. Enter the comment and click Add.

6. Click the X to close the modal.
