Clone a Project Level Inspection Template

To clone an inspection template at your Project level.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Inspections tool.

• Create a Project Level Inspection Template

1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.

2. Click the Configure Settings icon.

3. Click Templates.

4. Click View next to the inspection you want to clone.

5. Click the ellipsis icon, then click Clone.

6. The following fields will be prefilled from the existing template:

   • Name
     Note: The inspection template's 'Name' field is cloned, but inspection template names must be unique. Therefore, you must edit the cloned template's name and make it unique before it can be saved.

   • Type

   • Trade

   • Description

   • Attachments

   • Sections

   • Items

   • Default Response Phrasing

7. Edit the fields as needed.

8. Click Create.
