Create a Punch List Item from a Location (Android)

To create a punch list item from the Locations tool using an Android mobile device.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Punch List tool.

1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

2. Tap the QR Code icon to scan a QR code. See Scan a QR Code in the Locations Tool (Android).
   OR
   Tap the location.

    Tip

   Tap the expand arrow next to a location to see the sub locations.

3. If prompted, tap View Details.

4. Tap the add icon and select Punch List.

5. Select a template to use for the new item, or tap Create Punch Without a Template.

6. Tap into the fields to enter the appropriate information. See Create a Punch List Item (Android).

7. Tap Save & Finish to save the new punch list item and return to the Locations tool.
   OR
   Tap Save & New to save your changes and begin a new punch list item.
   Note: The punch list item is automatically added to the location and the Punch List tool.
