Mark a Photo as Private

To make a photo private so only Admin users will have access to view that photo.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' on the project's Photos tool.

Mark an Individual Photo as Private

1. Navigate to the project's Photos tool.

2. Click the photo you want to mark as private.

3. Click the lock icon in the top left corner of the viewer.

Mark Multiple Photos as Private

1. Navigate to the project's Photos tool.

2. Mark the checkbox over the photos you want to mark as private in the Timeline view or from within an album.

3. Click the Bulk Actions menu.

4. Click Bulk Edit.

5. Click the Privacy menu.

6. Click Private.
