Navigate to a Favorite Tool

To navigate to a tool in your Company or Project level Favorites list.

After adding Procore tools to your Company or Project level list of Favorites, simply click the link to navigate to that tool.

• Required User Permission:
  The minimum permissions for viewing the Favorites list in the Procore navigation bar is:

  • For the company level list, 'Read-Only' level permission to the company's Portfolio tool.
    OR

  • For the project level list, 'Read-Only' level permission to the project's Home page.
    AND
    To add tools to your Company or Project level favorites list, you must also have 'Read-Only' level permission or higher to the tool that you want to add.
    Note: Permissions to project tools are typically managed by your Procore Administrator using permissions templates. See Manage Project Permissions Templates.

• Prerequisites:

  • Add up to ten (10) tools to each Favorites list:* Add Favorites to the Company Tools Menu* Add Favorites to the Project Tools Menu

• Additional Information:

  • The favorites list in the navigation bar automatically resizes to fit the page width of your web browser's window. Should you adjust your window to a smaller width, an arrow will appear so you can access your favorites using a drop-down list.

1. Log in to Procore. See Log in to Procore Web.
   After a successful login, a navigation bar appears across the top of the Procore web application.
   Note: For links to appear in the Favorites area of the navigation, you must add one or more Procore tools. See Add Procore Tools to Your Company Favorites.

2. Click the desired link in the Favorites area.
   
   The system opens the corresponding tool.
