Restore a Deleted RFI in Portfolio Financials

Objective

To restore an RFI that was deleted in a Bid Room in Portfolio Financials.

Background

The RFIs page in the Bid Room is a powerful tool that allows you to manage RFIs from your vendors and keep information consistent across all bidders. If an RFI was deleted, you can choose to restore it if necessary.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Limited' access to the project or higher.
      Note: Users with 'Limited' access must be on the Bid Room Team for the project.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the relevant Bid Room.

  2. Click the RFIs tab.

  3. Locate the deleted RFI that you want to restore.

  4. Click Restore.

    Note: The RFI is immediately restored and will no longer show as crossed out.
