Configure the Procore Home Project List View (Beta)
Objective
To apply filters to the Portfolio views to narrow your search results.
Background
In addition to using the search feature in the company's Portfolio tool (see Search the Company Portfolio for Projects), you can also apply filters to narrow the scope of a search. Once applied, filters are persistent. This means the system will remember your set filters when you navigate away from the page or end your current session.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions
A configured view is visible to all users who access Procore Home. (Check with PM on this)
You cannot configure a view for a single user or group of users at this time. (Check with PM on this)
Steps
Navigate to the Company level Procore Home tool.
Click Configure.
Toggle the switch next to each column option to the 'On' position to make that column visible. Toggle switches to the 'Off' position to hide columns.
Drag column headers to rearrange columns.
Changes save automatically as you make them.
When you're finished, click the 'X' icon to close the configuration menu.
