flag-us.png Procore Pay is available in the United States. It is designed for General Contractors and Owner-Builders who act as their own General Contractors on a job. Procore Pay extends the Invoice Management functionality in the Procore web application to handle the payment process between general and specialty contractors.

Answer

Procore Pay's compliance templates and compliance features address these needs:

  • Contract Compliance (a.k.a., commitment compliance) covers the contractual agreements for purchase orders and subcontracts in Procore projects. For example, collecting a closeout document from a subcontractor is typically part of the subcontracting agreement.

  • Invoice Compliance covers the compliance requirements on subcontractor invoices. For example, collecting a W-9 from a subcontractor submitting an invoice might be required for tax purposes.
