View the Project Dashboard (Android)

Objective

To view the Project Dashboard in the Procore app using an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project in Procore.

  • Additional Information:

    • Users will only see dashboards and modules that reflect tools and assets that they have permissions to view in the project.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app using an Android mobile device.

  2. Tap the project you want to view. This will automatically direct you to the project's Dashboard.
    Note: You can tap the Dashboard icon-dashboard-android.svg icon from other areas of the app to navigate to the project's Dashboard.

  3. The Project Dashboard displays information from the project's Home page. It is organized by two subtabs: an overview page, and an information page.

    • Tap the Overview icon-overview-android.png icon to view the following:* Recent Photos* Tap a photo thumbnail to view the photo.* My Open Items* Tap an item type to view the items in the tool.* Project Overview* Tap an item type to view the items in the tool.* Schedule* Tap a calendar item to view more details in the Schedule tool.
