Configure Tool Order for a Project (iOS)

Objective

To configure the order of tools on the Project Overview screen for a project in the Procore iOS app.

Background

You can customize the order of project tools on the Project Overview screen so that you have easier and more efficient access to the tools you use the most.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.
    Note: This loads the Tools icon-toolbox-mobile.png screen with the Project Overview.

  2. Tap the configure icon-filter-mobile.png icon.

  3. Tap the star icon-open-star-mobile.png icon next to each tool that you want quick access to.
    Note: A tool marked with a star shows in the top section of the My Tools section of the Project Overview screen.

  4. Reorder tools to your preference by pressing and holding the reorder icon-reorder-ios.png icon to drag a tool to a different location.

  5. Optional: Hide the remaining tools so they do not appear on the Project Overview screen by toggling 'Do you want to hide other tools?' to the ON icon-toggle-on-ios.png position.

  6. Tap Save Changes.
