Distribute a Snapshot of a Company 360 Report
Objective
To distribute a snapshot of a 360 report.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
For company reports: the user is a company admin.* If the creator of a report is inactive, users cannot set and save a new distribution schedule for it.
For project reports: the user has 'Standard' or higher level permissions on the 360 Reporting tool and the report was created by you.
Steps
Distribute a Report
To distribute a 360 report created using the 360 Reporting tool, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the 360 Reporting tool at the Company or Project level.
Navigate into the 360 Report created in the 360 Reporting tool.
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and select Distribute.
In the Recipients field, search for and select the users or distribution groups that you would like to email the report to.
In the Send As drop-down menu, select PDF or Excel.
Click Distribute.
Schedule a Distribution
To schedule a distribution for a 360 report, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the 360 Reporting tool at the Company or Project level.
Locate the report created in the 360 Reporting tool.
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and select Distribute.
In the Recipients field, search for and select the users or distribution groups that you would like to email the report to.
In the Send As drop-down menu, select PDF or Excel.
Select one of the following options from the Frequency drop-down menu:
Daily
Daily (Weekdays Only)
Weekly
Monthly
Select the options in the Settings section to schedule when the report will be distributed based on your Frequency selection.
Click Create.
Note: Creating a distribution schedule does not guarantee distribution. See Things to Consider for required permissions.
