Bulk Delete Resource Requests

To bulk delete resource requests in Resource Planning.

Resource requests are an efficient way to let your team know that you need a resource for a particular project. You can create a resource request when you need a resource but aren't sure who to assign, or if you do not have permissions to create assignments yourself.

Bulk Delete Assignments from Request List

1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

2. Click Requests and select Requests List from the drop-down menu.

3. Mark the checkboxes for the requests you want to delete.

4. Click Batch Actions and select Batch Delete.

5. Click Delete.

Bulk Delete Assignments from Assignments Gantt

You can bulk delete requests by creating a category (or subcategory), moving the requests into the category, and then deleting the category:

1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

2. Click Assignments and select Gantt (Beta).

3. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the project and click Add Category.
   OR
   Click the vertical ellipsis next to the category and click Add Subcategory.

4. Click and hold the request. Move the request to hover over the category using a drag-and-drop operation. Release to add it to the category.

5. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the category or subcategory and click Delete Category or Delete Subcategory.

6. Click Delete to delete the category or subcategory and the associated requests.
