Delete a Resource Request

To delete an individual resource request in Resource Planning.

• Required User Permissions

You can delete requests from the following places in Resource Planning:

• Requests List

• Assignments Boards

• Assignments Gantt (Legacy)

• Assignments Gantt (Beta)

Delete a Resource Request from the Request List

1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

2. Click Requests and select Requests List.

3. Locate the resource request you want to delete and click the gear icon.

4. Click Delete.

5. Click Are You Sure?

Delete a Resource Request from Assignment Boards

1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

2. Click Assignments and select Boards.

3. Locate the resource request you want to delete.

4. Hover over the request and click the gear icon

5. Click Delete.

6. Click Are You Sure?

Delete a Resource Request from Assignment Gantt (Legacy)

1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

2. Click Assignments and select Gantt (Legacy).

3. Locate the resource request you want to delete and click the colored bar.

4. Click Edit Request.

5. Click Delete.

6. Click Are You Sure?

Delete a Resource Request from Assignments Gantt

1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

2. Click Assignments and select Gantt (Beta).

3. Right click on the request or the request bar and select Delete Request.
   Note: You can also hover over the request in the list and click the vertical ellipsis , then select Delete Request.

4. Click Delete to confirm.
