Manage Resource Planning Attachments for People

Objective

To add, view, or delete attachments for people managed in Resource Planning.

Background

For projects using Resource Planning, you can attach documents to people's profile information.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • By default, notes can be viewed by anyone with permissions to 'View People Attachments'.

  • Deleting attachments is permanent and cannot be recovered by Procore.

  • Even if data syncs are enabled, attachments do not show in user or contact profiles in the Company Directory.

  • Beta icon In Beta

The Procore Directory and Resource Planning People List Integration can be enabled by an administrator in Procore Explore. This integration allows you to view and manage Resource Planning people in two places: the 'Resource Planning' tab in the Company Directory and the Resource Planning People List.
