Share Submittal Attachments (Android)

Objective

To share or download a submittal's attachments on an android mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Submittals tool.

  • Additional Information:

    • PDF attachments that contain markups cannot be shared and will not have a share icon.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Submittals tool on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Open the relevant submittal.

  3. Tap the attachment that you want to share.

  4. Tap the share icon-share-android.png icon.

  5. Choose from the list of available actions to share the attachment.
    Note: Available actions may differ depending on your mobile device and the file type of the selected attachment.
