Procore for Outlook only reads your emails when you actively choose to create a Procore item from them. It extracts key information, including the subject, body, sender, recipients, and attachments. This data then automatically pre-populates the relevant forms in Procore, saving you time on manual data entry. Procore for Outlook does not store or access your emails unless you explicitly choose to convert them into Procore items.
