Procore's Document Management tool is a configurable document management solution offering a central location to view, collaborate on, and approve documents throughout a project.
The tool includes:
A user-friendly web and mobile experience for accessing project files through a centralized file repository.
Machine learning that auto-captures document metadata, saving time and improving organization.
Streamlined workflow experiences for efficient review and approval of documents.
Granular and flexible document permission groups based on the metadata of each document, such as status, type, or originating company.
Information management in accordance with international standards such as ISO 19650.
