Why is the Add Visual button unavailable on a single tool report?

There are multiple reasons that the Add Visual button might not be available on a single tool report:

• If your report data includes more than 2500 records, you will not have the option to add visuals. If you want to enable the capability to add visuals to a report, you must first apply filters to limit the number of records being included in the report's data set.

• If your Procore user account has not been granted the appropriate access permissions, the Add Visual button will not be available. See Add a Visual to a Company Single Tool Report or Add a Visual to a Project Single Tool Report for information.

• Single tool reports are limited to one (1) visual per tab. If your tab already has a visual, you cannot add another one.
