Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
To view, create, or edit a workflow template:* 'Admin' level permissions on the Company Workflows tool.
OR* 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the Company Workflows tool with the 'View Workflow Templates' and 'Create and Edit Workflow Templates' granular permissions enabled on your permissions template.
Additional Information
You cannot delete the first step in a workflow template. However, you can modify it.
You can only assign one (1) default workflow per tool on each Procore project.
A 'Workflows - Financial Management' template is available for 360 Reporting only when your Procore company, project, and user settings are configured to use the English language. For details, see What languages are available in Procore?
